The Adicio National Network is a job database containing listings upsold from more than 200 local and national newspapers, magazines, trade associations and broadcast media outlets across the U.S. and Canada, and attracts more than 20 million job queries each month.  By posting to the National Network, employers can reach a large targeted population of high-quality job seekers from across the U.S. and Canada, thus ensuring access to a larger and more diverse talent base. The Adicio National Network ensures that job listings are updated daily and there is no duplication of jobs. Also, employers enjoy the convenience of posting their job openings just once to be viewed by candidates visiting their own site, as well as those visiting the National Network sites.

  • Advertisers can post their jobs on the National Network by choosing the National Network upsell offered by an Affiliate Member. The retail upsell rate is defined by each Affiliate Member.
  • Advertisers will be given the option to upsell their job posting when they are creating a new ad or at anytime after they have created an ad on the Affiliate's site.
  • An ad can only be posted to the National Network in conjunction with posting on a local Affiliate Member's site.

Benefits to Job Seekers

Job seekers can locate jobs nationwide by conducting a search on a local, participating job board site, powered by the National Network. Accessing the Network is easy and convenient:
  • The search results displays all locally advertised jobs matching their search criteria along with a count of the number of matching jobs available on the National Network.
  • The display includes prominent links, guiding the Job Seeker to the National Network database to expand their job search.
  • When a job seeker conducts a National Network search, they will remain on the local site with the same look and feel.
  • Job seekers can use a resume or a job application from their local account to submit in response to the job posting.

Reporting

To help assess the site’s effectiveness, Adicio provides statistics on Unique Visitors, Page Views, Job Searches, Job Detail Views, and Candidate Applies originating from the National Network job search (affiliate sites receive credit for the National Network Candidate Applies that originate from their site.)

Adicio Regional Networks

The Adicio Regional Networks allow employers to broaden their candidate base and reach high-quality job seekers within a radius of their local markets. The Regional Networks help employers connect with hard-to-find candidates across a specific region through Adicio’s partnerships with local and community media companies. Candidates can access their Regional Network from their local newspaper site, as well as from every other Regional Network member site, through prominent links that appear within the job-search results.

This premium service upgrade allows employers to develop targeted partnerships with Adicio's network of over 150+ sites, including diversity sites, college sites, regional sites, and specific vertical industry/occupational job boards (such as Engineering, Executive, Sales, Legal, Science IT, and Medical.) By leveraging the Cross-Posting Network, employers can conveniently reach a targeted pool of candidates.
