Integrate your print and online classifieds

With the "Print to Click" Web Accounts feature, you can increase your revenue through the sale of a print & online ad posting bundle, or an upsold online posting with ad enhancements. Employers receive a login to the Job Posting System (allowing them to edit their ads and track candidate response 24/7), which encourages them to purchase upgrades, create additional job postings, and continue to use the print sales organization to take advantage of the bundle's benefits. Clients report that their e-commerce revenue alone typically offsets the cost of offering a job board.

Reverse Publishing

The "Reverse Publishing" feature enables advertisers to run their online ads in print as well as online, which will increase your revenues by adding more print lineage. This simplifies the process of posting an ad online and in print to one seamless transaction and provides you with an opportunity to earn additional revenue through online and print ad bundled packages. You can expect to see a significant uplift from your online listings to print listings.

Bolding, Highlighting, and Images

These simple and cost-effective ad enhancements draw attention to job listings in the search results pages. Upgrades such as bold, font color, highlight, and an image are used to make the listing standout in the search results and are often upsold from print.

Featured Jobs

Strategically positioned on prominent pages of your site and targeted to specific industries, Featured Jobs increase page views and revenues to your site, while increasing click-throughs and lead generation for the advertiser. Featured Jobs drive traffic into your job site and generally receive four times the page views of a standard ad.

Spotlight Ads

Give your advertisers what they are looking for with Spotlight Ads. Spotlight Ads appear at the top of the job search results and are based on the search criteria of the job seeker. These targeted ads generally receive ten times the number of detail page views than a standard ad.

Preferred Company

This upsell allows you to highlight specific company ads to appear as run-of-site for maximum exposure. Companies that choose to purchase the Preferred Company upgrade may be displayed in a company widget similar to how featured jobs are displayed. This gives you an additional way to generate revenue and promote the companies advertising on your site!

The company widget will display a company logo and link to the company profile and can be configured using any of the following options:

• Display all companies in the employer directory
• Display only recruiters/agencies or direct employers
• Display companies by industry
• Display only preferred companies
• Display a link to view all jobs for the company

Networks

Advertisers can expand their pool of potential job seekers through Adicio National Network, Adicio Regional Networks and Adicio Cross-Posting Network upgrades. Advertisers may also be eligible to participate in our Adicio National Network and Monster.com upsell, which enables your clients to expand their reach and visibility, expedite the recruiting process and ultimately reduce their cost-per-hire.

Targeted Banner Ads

Adicio can pass keywords into your template allowing you to use your own banner ad system and target those ads based on what the consumer is looking for. These can be upsold to advertisers for additional revenue.

Maximize your revenue with Adicio's wrapping service

Adicio has joined forces with several JADs (Job Advertising Distributors), electronic distributors of employer and 3rd party recruiter job postings. Through this integration, your job board is viewed by thousands of employers during their job posting selection process, and recruitment ad agencies that resell postings to your job board. JADs in turn sell your posting on a revenue share basis, which you can negotiate directly.

Candidate Searching

Employers can leverage Adicio Careers' superior search technology to quickly locate qualified candidates from your database of resumes/CVs and job applications.

The candidate search feature can be sold at various durations to accounts via e-commerce or through manual controls (via a Site Administrator or Sales Representative). This feature offers significant revenue opportunities and provides employers/recruiters who are actively searching for candidates the opportunity to connect with qualified job seekers.

Locate candidates quickly and easily with guided search, company-centric search, quick search or browse. Employers and recruiters can then save and manage the matching candidates using folders. They can contact candidates through a confidential email response or direct email response and note this correspondence history in the system.

Candidate Matching & Screening

Matching and Screening are two integrated solutions for print and online that you can offer recruiters in order to provide them with quality candidates. Adicio recognizes that each market is different and understands the need to have flexibility in creating products and services that can be upsold separately from the listing service.

MatchCast

MatchCast provides access to the exact candidates an employer or a recruiter is looking for to fill a specific position by tapping into the most qualified candidates in the database based on job requirements. Our system analyzes the job title, the location and the keywords most commonly associated with the position and matches the criteria to candidates that have entered/updated their resume/CV in the candidate database within the past 30 days. The top candiates are then emailed to the employer for review. This feature saves employers and recruiters valuable time and delivers qualified candidates to their inbox quickly and easily.

E-Screen™

E-Screen provides a quick, easy and effective way to find interested, qualified and assessed candidates. This tool enables employers/recruiters to narrow down their search results and save time by pre-qualifying applicants on jobs that have E-Screen questions.

E-Screen is available as an upsell from print and online and provides a powerful set of qualifying tools for the advertiser. This proven qualifying and interviewing system also allows employers to efficiently build an intelligent interview to target a specific audience, improve their decision-making abilities so they can review and evaluate candidates and optimize efficiency.
