It’s 2011. If I’m a job-seeker, job opportunities should seek me. Job listings should be better than fresh. They should be immediate — as soon as a recruiter puts it on her company website. Listings should come to me when I’m not looking and when my friends are looking out for me.
To compete, this is simply the way recruitment advertising needs to be: highly social, highly portable, highly relevant. And fast. So we were pleased by Adicio’s announcement this week that it has added its “faceted search” functionality to its Careers platform. That includes Adicio’s lowcost Pro Edition (the platform upon which we run AIMGroup.com/jobs for classified careers). Adicio tested with about 15 Careers clients and is now in the process of rolling it out to hundreds more globally.
