MatchCast enables employers and recruiters to quickly identify the most relevant candidates, saving them valuable time and resources while providing you with an additional revenue stream. In fact, we’ve found that advertisers are willing to pay more for candidates who are relevant and show an interest in a specific job.

MatchCast leverages our comprehensive search technology using criteria such as the job’s title, description and requirements, to pinpoint relevant candidates based on their resume qualifications within your candidate database. MatchCast works on all types of resumes, including those marked Public, Confidential and/or Private.

What makes our matching superior is our extensive knowledgebase and thesaurus that intelligently matches similar keywords or phrases related to popular industries and skills (sometimes referred to as semantic searching). This approach locates the most relevant candidates without human intervention so advertisers get an immediate response.

Job seekers receive automated email notifications that invite the prospective candidate to review and apply for the listed positions that they are interested in. You can also customize the emails to extend your brand and visibility. Employers and recruiters can view reports detailing candidate matches, as well as the number of applies, with links to access the specific job requirements and review resumes. This expedites the candidate search process and enables them to access the most relevant candidates for their open positions.

Since the email notification is sent to job seekers, MatchCast requires that the listing be approved, paid for and active. MatchCast can be upsold before or after the listing has been published, and can match additional candidate groups if an advertiser chooses to use the service more than once for the same listing.
