Our Virtual Job Fair (VJF) product now includes Live Chat! Live Chat can be added to premium sponsorship packages and provide additional value to your participating advertisers.
Live Chat allows seekers direct access to participating employers and produces real-time results for both.
Employers can connect directly with interested seekers, share additional details about their company and available positions plus perform initial screenings before scheduling formal interviews.

Live Chat Feature Details
Seekers initiate chat from the company profile.
The seeker has an easy-to-understand access point into an active Live Chat. They checkmark their acceptance of the simple terms, allowing the employer to view their contact information and resume(s), enter a free-form text of the topic(s) they would like to discuss and then select Send Chat Request.
The seeker also has the ability to view the Employer Profile.
Once the seeker has entered the Chat queue / Chat Lobby they will receive a waiting message.
Multiple company representatives may manage the Live Chat queue / Chat Lobby.
Employers have access to correspond with seekers and can monitor the lobby from their dedicated Live Chat window. The host will also see the number of Users Waiting and the current Topic and User they are chatting with.
Employers have access to review the history of their chat correspondence and may sort by Date, Seekers Name or Topic for Discussion.![]()
Site Administrators will have access to view a new statistics report in Careers Reports under the ‘Employer Account Activity’ section of the Stat Reports that will provide the number of chat sessions initiated by date. This will allow you to track the overall usage of the chat features.
