New Search Enhancements

We released some new search enhancements that enable users to search for a community that suits their lifestyle. Users can search for communities with security, parking structures, pet policies and more.

The new search enhancements extend your reach into your own community and integrate communities with listings in a unique and beneficial way. Your advertisers can show all properties in their communities, even if the next floor plan is a few thousand out of the search range. As long as one floor plan in the community matches the search criteria, all the listings for that community will be attached to the community and displayed on the community detail page.
