Performance-Based Matching Augments Posting Revenue! MatchCast is an upgrade that can be applied to listings from online, print or existing wrapped jobs, giving you unlimited opportunities to sell the service.

MatchCast leverages our comprehensive search technology using criteria such as the job’s title, description and requirements, to pinpoint relevant candidates based on their resume qualifications within your candidate database. MatchCast works on all types of resumes, including those marked Public, Confidential and/or Private.

Using your candidate database, MatchCast finds the most relevant resumes and automatically sends the matched candidates an email notifying them of potential job opportunities they can review and apply for. This email is customizable and can include a variety of options that allows you or your employers to brand their message. Privacy restrictions are respected and job seekers may opt out of the matching service from their account settings, when adding a new resume or through the email communication.

Example of how it works:

1. IBM posts a job for a software engineer and purchases MatchCast
2. They provide a list of keywords including: software engineer, PHP, Java, Agile development, C++
3. IBM can access Matched Candidates in their Job Manager and immediately contact active candidates

Employers and recruiters can manage candidates including sending emails, forwarding resumes, adding notes and ranking candidates, reducing their time spent and cost-per-hire.
