Enhanced Response Report

Response by Category: The Response Report in SiteManager 2 will now report on responses by job category. Site Administrators will see a new 'Breakdown By' option in the Response Report, where they can select ‘Category’ or ‘Company’. Further drill down into each category to see a list of job titles and corresponding responses. A new CSV export is also available for the response by category results.

Response by Site – Off-Site Views and Applies: The Response Report in SiteManager 2 will now include response information for your cross-posted and shared job listings. Site Administrators will be able to see the total "Off-Site" views and applies at both the company level and job title level. “Off-site” views include views that occurred on your cross-posted sites. This information can be viewed onscreen or exported in a CSV file.

The Advertiser’s (Employer) Response Report will also include “off-site” view and apply information for cross-posted jobs.

Use this new information as a powerful sales and marketing tool.

• Attract new advertisers and sell additional products to existing advertisers that advertise within your most successful categories.
• Increase response rates for low performing categories by targeting new seekers through special promotions or advertisements online and in print.
• Gauge successful partnerships and brands based on response levels to individual job listings.
• Calculate ROI for cross-posted listings.
