Premium Advertising

Bolding, Font Color, Highlighting, and Images - These simple and cost-effective ad enhancements draw attention to the listings in the search results pages. Upsells such as bold, font color, highlight, and an image are used to make the listing standout in the search results and are often upsold from print.

Featured Properties - Strategically positioned on prominent pages of your site and targeted to specific locations, Featured Properties increase page views and revenues to your site, while increasing click-throughs and lead generation for the advertiser. Featured Properties drive traffic into your real estate site and generally receive four times the page views of a standard listing.

Spotlight Ads - Give your advertisers what they are looking for with Spotlight Ads. Spotlight Ads appear at the top of the search results and are based on the search criteria of the consumer. These targeted ads generally receive ten times the number of detail page views than a standard ad.

Open House Upsell - Advertisers can draw more attention to their open house event and drive traffic to their site by highlighting their open house ads and directly linking site visitors to open house events. Advertisers can enter the date and time, special directions, and other information. Open house events pulled through an "I-Frame" can be put on any page on the site. The advertiser gets an open house icon in the results, open house information bolded in the description on the results, and open house information in the detail page listing.

Targeted Banner AdsAdicio can pass keywords into your template allowing you to use your own banner ad system and target those ads based on what the consumer is looking for. These can be upsold to advertisers for additional revenue.

Rentals

Open up a new source of income by targeting the rentals market. Potential advertisers include apartment or rental complexes and property managers. In addition, you can offer access to view, edit or link listings as well as create complex profiles for a small fee.You can integrate rentals with your Adicio Real Estate platform or follow our recommendation and create a standalone rentals site. This enables you to turn off the “For Rent” tab in your general search and have the data feeds go directly to the rentals site. A rentals-only site also gives you pricing flexibility so you can create rentals-specific pricing for all your rentals listings.
