Faceted Search

We've just released new search features including guided (faceted) search, new interactive maps, enhanced location search, a new design and layout for search results, search engine optimization (SEO) improvements, and a spotlight listings carousel, all designed to increase usability and revenue opportunities.

• Guided/Faceted Search Filter: Refine or expand searches using multi-select options within our faceted search filter gives users one click access to perform new searches. Search results - along with the number of listings - are summarized in the filter to guide users to the properties they are interested in reviewing.
• New Interactive Maps: Users can move around a map, zoom in or out as listing results dynamically update. This helps property seekers locate properties within a specific area or region.
• Enhanced Location Search: Automatically suggested text helps users find properties faster within a single location search box. Users can search by city, state, zip code, specific address or well known areas, such as the ‘bay area’.

• New Design and Layout for Search Results: Our new design and layout not only improves site usability, it enables you to completely customize your layout and extend your brand. You can also create a tailored user experience to match the look and feel of your site.
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Our SEO improvements enable you to customize relevant page titles, meta titles and descriptions and includes search engine friendly (SEF) URLs to help drive more traffic to your sites. Using our Search Analysis Report, you can also easily optimize your SEM efforts based on the most searched keywords on your site.

• Spotlight Listings Carousel: Advertisers have even more visibility with our scrolling spotlight listings. You can display up to four spotlight listings per page that automatically scroll every ten seconds. Seekers can also use back and next buttons to manually scroll through the results. This gives you more opportunities to generate revenue by expanding advertiser visibility.
