2008 Release Notes
Dealer Upsells – We have released a number of new Dealer Upsells that you can offer to your dealers at no additional cost!- Highlight all - All listings associated with dealer profiles with the Highlight All Listings upsell will be highlighted on the Search Results page
- Bold - All listings associated with dealer profiles with the Bold All Listings upsell will display in bold on the Search Results page
- Icon - All listings associated with dealer profiles with the Icon All Listings upsell will display an icon before each description on the Search Results page
Dealer Setup Process – New Online Dealer Setup form in SiteManager 2 gives you control over dealership information as well as all dealer upsells and inventory acquisition methods.
Get Dealer Financing – Dealerships that have a relationship with a financial institution and want to encourage users to apply for auto financing online, will now have the opportunity to link out to financing information directly from their dealer profiles and from the listing detail page.
Feature All Listings Upsell – Dealers will be able to feature every single listing that is associated with their profile. This is a great way to maximize exposure for dealers who want an edge up on their competition. This feature is similar to our Spotlight All Listings Upsell which you can also offer to dealers who want additional visibility.
Motors Enhancements – We have also recently implemented several changes to our data processes. The benefits of these changes include faster processing of daily feeds, reduced search results page load times and improved classified ads searching.
Search Analysis Report – Learn more about what users search for with our new Search Analysis Report! Use this new report to find which search criteria users search for the most on each search form, and use the results to better understand buyers, boost your advertising revenue and maximize your SEM efforts.
Top Viewed Video Reviews Report – If you are licensing Video Reviews by The Drivers Seat TV, you will have access to a new report displaying the top viewed video reviews. In addition to displaying the vehicle information and the number of times the video was viewed, you can also see whether the video is a sponsored make or not. Use this information as a selling point when signing up dealerships for the video reviews sponsorship feature.
Auto-Expand Radius and No Results Found by Make Reports – We added Makes breakdown to both the Auto-Expand Search Radius and the No Results Found statistics. These statistics represent the number of times users’ searches resulted either in an automatic zip code radius expansion or no results. With the additional Makes information, you can limit the number of these instances by signing up dealerships that carry the most requested makes and also get your existing dealerships to stock the missing makes.
Sitemap – Sitemap is an XML file that informs search engines about pages on your site that should be indexed. We are dynamically generating sitemaps for all motors and real estate client sites. Sitemaps generated by Adicio will stay current reflecting data updates throughout the day. Please note that you still need to submit the sitemap to search engines such as Google or Yahoo.
PowerLeads Buy Program – Our PowerLeads Buy Program complements your existing web generated leads. You can ensure that your dealers always receive a minimum number of email leads. You control the distance from the dealership to pull in new leads as well as the maximum number of leads per month. All leads will be matched to the dealership inventory makes.
Additional Vehicle Listing Support – Are your users asking for the ability to search for RVs by price? Are you thinking about adding boats to your online inventory? You don’t have to wait any longer – we now have a solution for you!
With our release, your users will be able to search for any vehicle type from the advanced search form. Other vehicle types can include any of the following: RVs, Utility Trailers, Motorcycles, Boats or Airplanes. In addition to searching for other vehicle type listings, advertisers will be able to post listings for other vehicles manually.
