2008 Release Notes

Neighborhood Community Information – Have your users found their dream home, but they need a little more information about the community or neighborhood? How about details like the total number of homes for sale in the area, the number of preschools in the neighborhood, or how close is the nearest grocery store? Well Adicio will be providing its clients with a Neighborhood Information Tool to answer those questions, and many more. This product will allow users to seek out specific information related to the neighborhood in which they are looking to purchase an home.

Here is an example of how your users can use our Neighbor Information Tool to look up information about the community in which they are looking to buy. This will provide them with important community, population, and housing statistics.

They can also learn about the education, climate and workforce statistics related to a particular community. This will give them an idea of how they fit into the community of interest.

An important part of any community is the safety of your users and their family. Using Adicio’s Neighborhood Information Tool, they can learn about the crime trends of any community, as well as how those statistics compare to the rest of the nation.

In addition to all of this, Neighborhood Information has Cost of Living details, and users can compare the Neighborhood Information of different communities to help them make the best decision on where to live.

Sitemap – Sitemap is an XML file that informs search engines about pages on your site that should be indexed. Starting today, we are dynamically generating sitemaps for all motors and real estate client sites. Sitemaps generated by Adicio will stay current reflecting data updates throughout the day. Please note that you still need to submit the sitemap to search engines such as Google or Yahoo.

Products/Package Manager – This new feature, available in SiteManager 2, enables administrators to create products and packages to be sold via e-commerce or to be used for specific advertiser accounts.

Create Packages of Upgrades – With our new Product/Packages Manager tool, administrators can now create packages of upgrades for use on Media Kit and Ad Posting pages. In addition, packages of upgrades can be created for Wraps and Feeds, as well as be applied to accounts from within SiteManager.

Product and Package Sorting – You can now designate the sort order of products and packages displayed on your online Media Kit. This gives you better control over the appearance of your advertising products and packages on the Media Kit pages without going to a custom page!

Pre-Paid Purchase Options – Advertisers now have the option to use pre-paid listings or packages so they can start posting their property listings right away.

Pre-Paid Upgrades – We've made it easy to make more money with our pre-paid upgrades option. Advertisers can now use pre-paid upgrades when posting or upgrading listings. They can still purchase other products and packages as well as any other available upgrades.

Purchasing Products and Packages for Accounts – Administrators can purchase products or packages in SiteManager 2 on behalf of an advertiser and post it to their account. Products and packages applied in this manner will now be tracked in our Product Sales Report, giving you increased visibility into the revenue and activity on your site.

FSBO Listings – Our new alliance with Fizber.com, the nation's largest for sale by owner (FSBO) search engine gives you access to utilize Fizber.com’s two million listings of homes for sale across the U.S.

We know one of the biggest challenges when building a new real estate site is obtaining listings, particularly if your local MLS isn't being cooperative. Now you can add for-sale-by-owner listings to your inventory of homes for sale and access thousands of listings in your local market, whether you're located in a competitive marketplace or just need additional listings!

You can publish all Fizber listings for a particular local market based on city/state and/or zip codes within a desired region and can maximize those listings by including: Single Family; Acreage/Land; Duplex/Triples/Multi-Family; Mobile Home; Log Cabin/Home; New Construction; Commercial; Condo/Townhome/Co-op; Farm/Ranch; Rental/Timeshare/Vacation; or “Other” property types.
