2. The interviewer was not prepared.
3. The interview was great!...Until the prospective employer ghosted you.
CareerCast.com identities ways in which each of these bad interview experiences can either be avoided, or what can be done to improve your job search in the future. Take, for example, an interviewer that arrives unprepared for your interview.
